What is JABB?
JABB is the first universal Voice of Customer × Data Intelligence platform. It captures every customer signal (QR, app, WhatsApp, cameras, web), links it to the right customer and the right outlet, understands it with AI in Darija, French and Arabic, then triggers action.
How is JABB different from Qualtrics, Medallia or Goodays?
JABB is the only loop that rewards customers for speaking up, closes the loop (respond, fix, prove), sees the field through AI vision on your existing cameras, and listens to the web and social media, at a price a café can afford. Enterprise tools collect; JABB acts.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The customer scans the QR code at your outlet and leaves feedback in 30 seconds, by voice, photo or text, with nothing to install. The JABB App is only needed to spend JABBeez.
How do you know a review is authentic?
Thanks to the Golden Proof Protocol: GPS-verified location, sealed timestamp, controlled photo proof, and an AI quality score from 0 to 100. A fake review simply cannot get through.
Do I need to buy hardware for Keeps?
No. Keeps plugs into the video surveillance you already have. No hardware to buy, no heavy installation, and no facial recognition: only behaviors and objects. Processing declared to the CNDP.
Is my data secure and legally compliant?
Yes. JABB is built for Moroccan law 09-08 from day one, with CNDP filings submitted (F211 and F118). On-premise, sovereign cloud or SaaS deployment. Your enterprise LLMs or our local models. No data is ever resold.
How much does JABB cost?
JABB VOC starts at 500 MAD per outlet per month. JABB CX missions cost between 150 and 300 MAD depending on complexity. Keeps, AI Experiences and Three are priced on request. We always start small: scoping workshop, 3-month pilot, then scale based on results.
How long does it take to get started?
Sign-up takes about 5 minutes. Then a 2-hour scoping workshop, followed by a 3-month pilot on a real scope. Every pilot in our portfolio became a paying client in under a quarter.
What languages does JABB support?
French, Arabic, and English by default, plus spoken Darija across the app, the WhatsApp agent, reports, and AI analysis.
