A fake review can’t get through.
CX data is only valuable if it is real. Four checks run on every submission before it reaches your dashboard, and JABBeez are only granted to validated contributions.
The submission journey
Review, photo, voice note, or mission sent from the point of sale.
Physical presence verified server-side, spoofed GPS rejected.
Time, date, and place sealed, backdating impossible.
Metadata verified, blurry or stock images rejected.
Scored from 0 to 100, weak signals are flagged.
Only validated submissions are published and rewarded.
Golden Proof Protocol
Server-side EXIF check confirms the reviewer was physically present. Spoofed GPS fails automatically.
Exact time, date, and location sealed at submission. Backdated or scheduled reviews cannot exist.
Every evaluation includes a photo. Metadata is verified. Blurred or stock images are rejected by AI.
Each submission is scored 0–0100 before entering your dashboard. Low-signal reviews are flagged, not published.
Anti-fraud rules by design
Per contributor, across all establishments.
To prevent automated bursts.
Only one review per establishment per day.
Below the threshold, the review is flagged, not published.
Why it matters
You reward and penalize based on facts, not rumors.
A site manager accepts a score they know is verified.
Cheating gets you nowhere: JABBeez turn into coupons.
