Terms of Use

1. Definitions

• “JABB”: JABB SARL, Casablanca, and the services it operates.
• “Jabber”: any person who uses the app to share their experience.
• “Company”: any merchant, brand, or organization using JABB services.
• “Contribution”: review, rating, voice note, photo, or response shared by a Jabber.
• “JABBeez” (or JABB Coins): loyalty units awarded for validated contributions.
• “Mission”: mystery shopping visit or evaluation task offered to a Jabber.

2. Access to services

The site is accessible free of charge. Posting feedback via a QR code does not require installing the app; creating an account is required to earn and spend JABBeez and to access missions. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

3. Contribution rules

A contribution must reflect a real experience, personally lived, at the stated place and time. The following are prohibited:

• fake, paid, ghostwritten, or conflicted reviews;
• abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, or unlawful content;
• publishing third-party personal data, especially identifiable faces without consent;
• any attempt to bypass controls (location spoofing, multiple accounts, automation).

4. Verification and moderation

Each contribution goes through the Golden Proof Protocol: location check, sealed timestamp, photo analysis, and quality score. JABB may reject, hide, or remove any contribution that does not comply with these terms, with no obligation to publish it.

5. The JABBeez program

JABBeez reward validated contributions. They have no monetary value, are not refundable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred.

• They can be exchanged for coupons offered by partner merchants, subject to the conditions shown in the app.
• Caps apply to ensure fairness: 30 reviews per day, 5 reviews per 5-minute period, and one review per venue per 24-hour period.
• Coupons are honored by the partner merchant, under its own terms.

6. Fraud and penalties

In the event of fraud or serious breach, JABB may cancel the related JABBeez, suspend or close the account, without prejudice to any legal action. You may appeal a decision by writing to salim@jabb.cx; a team member will review it again.

7. Mystery shopping missions

Missions are offered to Jabbers based on their track record and reliability. Each mission specifies its instructions, required evidence, and compensation. The Jabber undertakes to keep the mission and the audited company’s information confidential. Accepting a mission does not create any employment relationship with JABB.

8. License on contributions

You remain the owner of your contributions. You grant JABB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, analyze, translate, anonymize, and make them available to the relevant companies, for as long as needed to provide the services.

9. Intellectual property

The JABB trademark, its logos, the app, the site, the texts, visuals, interfaces, and code are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction or extraction is prohibited.

10. Services for businesses

Access to JABB VOC, JABB CX, Sonar, Keeps, AI Experiences, and Three, as well as the API and MCP server, is governed by a separate agreement (quote, special terms, and data processing agreement).

11. Availability

We make every effort to ensure service availability and security, without guaranteeing total absence of interruption or error. Maintenance operations may temporarily suspend access.

12. Liability

JABB is not responsible for content published by users, offers from partner merchants, or indirect damage related to the use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Links and third-party services

The site links to third-party services (app stores, social networks, AI tools). Their use is governed by their own terms.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app or by writing to salim@jabb.cx. Any unused JABBeez will then be forfeited.

15. Changes to the terms

JABB may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on jabb.cx; in the event of a material change, registered users will be informed.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca.
