Sub-products · by JABB

Capture, understand, then act at the counter.

JABB listens to your customers and understands what brings them back or sends them away. Bipop, Wispot and ManyMenu are the actions we built to change those moments on the ground: the wait, the Wi-Fi, the menu. Each one goes live in minutes, for one client or a whole network.

Why we built them

Understanding is not enough. You have to act where it happens.

The JABB engine runs in four steps. The first three happen in the platform. The fourth happens at your venue, in front of the customer: that is where the sub-products come in, and each one captures a new signal in turn.

  1. 01Capture

Reviews, surveys, calls, social, the field: every customer voice enters JABB.

  2. 02Connect

Each signal is tied to the right venue, the right moment, the right journey.

  3. 03Understand

JABB finds what annoys and what retains: the long wait, the missing password, the unreadable menu.

  4. 04Act

A sub-product changes that very moment, at the counter, at the table, on the customer’s phone.

Every action captures in turn: the signal comes back into JABB, and the loop starts again.
The sub-products

Three moments that bring a customer back, or send them away.

Each sub-product fixes a pain point our clients and their customers told us about, and lives on its own website.

Bipop

Bipop

The wait

The customer’s phone becomes their pager.

A QR ticket, a « ready » alert even on a locked phone, a loyalty card that stamps itself.

Before
Shouted numbers nobody hears, a crowd at the counter, battery pagers that get lost.
With Bipop
The customer scans, sits down, and their phone rings at the right time. The counter stays calm.

What it brings back to JABBReal preparation and pick-up times, regulars’ return visits, the right moment to ask a question.

The Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi that brings guests back.

A welcome page in your brand instead of the password: known customers, more reviews, offers that bring them back.

Before
A password on the chalkboard, asked ten times a day, and guests who leave without a trace.
With Wispot
One-tap login, a welcome offer, and every guest becomes a known contact, with their consent.

What it brings back to JABBWho comes, how often, for how long, and what they think, with their consent.

ManyMenu

ManyMenu

The menu

Snap your paper menu, get a digital one in 30 seconds.

ManyMenu reads every dish and price, keeps your colours and logo, and publishes a QR menu, a link and a TV board.

Before
A printed menu to redo at every price change, unreadable on a phone, in one language.
With ManyMenu
A menu that looks like the venue, updated everywhere in two taps, in each guest’s language.

What it brings back to JABBThe most viewed dishes, guests’ languages, the hours the menu is read.

How we deploy them

From diagnosis to the counter, in a few days.

01

The JABB diagnosis

Verbatims and scores show where the experience breaks: the wait, the welcome, the Wi-Fi, choosing from the menu.

02

The right sub-product

We pick the action that answers that moment, in the brand’s colours and languages.

03

Going live

A QR code, a tablet, the existing router: nothing to install for the end customer, little training.

04

Measuring

New signals come back: JABB shows whether the moment really improved.

Alone or together

Three ways to use them.

On its own, in minutes

Each sub-product has its own website, trial and account. A café can start alone, without JABB.

Connected to JABB

The signals it captures join the voice of the customer: waiting times, reviews, favourite dishes, return visits.

Across a whole network

For a brand or a group, JABB rolls them out venue by venue and compares the results.

Frequently asked questions

Yes: they are designed and run by JABB. They are not main products of the platform but ready-to-deploy actions, each with its own website.

No. Each sub-product works on its own. Connected to JABB, it also brings its signals to the voice of the customer and its measurement to the dashboards.

Yes. They are built for networks: each venue keeps its settings, and the brand sees the whole picture.

Consent is asked separately, the data belongs to the brand, and anyone can ask to be removed, as on JABB.
